Location: Loisaba Star Beds***** located in Loisaba is a 57,000 acre wildlife conservancy located in Laikipia, Northern Kenya.The Loisaba Starbeds are located among a kopje of rocks in one of the Eastern Valleys, overlooking the Kiboko Dam. Loisaba airstrip is a 1hr flight from Wilson Airport.
Rooms: Three ensuite Double Rooms, featuring a seating area, one ensuite Family Room, with two double beds pushed out onto separate platforms. All rooms can fit an extra single bed that can’t be rolled out.
Room amenities: wardrobe and safe, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, flush toilet and vanity, all under the cover of a thatched roof.Handcrafted four-poster wooden beds sit on raised wooden platforms jutting out from a thatched-roof accommodation and are rolled out each night for guests to enjoy the most memorable sleep under the endless African sky.

Home to elephant, a healthy population of lion, the rare wild dog and an abundance of other species, Loisaba is a prime example of successful collaboration between conservation, community, ranching and tourism.
Loisaba Conservancy in partnership with The Nature Conservancy has its own dedicated anti-poaching team, comprising of four sniffer dogs – Warrior, Machine, Memusi and Nanyokie – and their human handler team.
