3 days Gorilla

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
In the morning we shall start our journey to the west with a stopover at Mpambire drum makers and at the Equator for a photoshoot session and an informative talk prior to proceeding to Mbarara for lunch. After lunch continues the drive through the virgin rolling hills of Ankole – Kigezi to the home of Mountain Gorillas – Bwindi Forest where you will reach in the evening for dinner and overnight in the lodge. 

Day 2: Gorilla trekking Tour. After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to an information center from where you will be briefed on the “dos and don’ts” while in the forest. The unique insight and knowledge of the ranger guide are sure to add to your experience and understanding of the habits and behaviors of the Mountain Gorillas. As you head into the forest, it may be silent at the first encounter but as you track, you will realize the jungle sound as you see various forest Flora and fauna. Walkthrough the dense forest tracks with great anticipation. All of a sudden you will come across the Uganda Mountain Gorillas peaceful in a family with their silverbacks. We shall then later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Bwindi > Kampala or Entebbe. Early morning breakfast at the lodge before setting off for Kampala at your accommodation or Entebbe International Airport with a stopover for lunch en route.
